Since having my son 7 years ago, I've dreamed about having a little girl to be able to experience both the relationship between a son and his mother and the relationship between a daughter and her mother. When I was pregnant with my second child in 2013, I was told I was having another boy. In my heart I felt I was having a girl so I was surprised when I was told I was having a boy, but nonetheless I was just as happy and excited to be welcoming another child into our family. As my due date approached, I started to question the sex of the baby even more; I even had a dream a couple of weeks before I delivered that I was in the hospital and our baby arrived and the doctor said "It's a girl!". Well... that dream came true, because that's exactly what happened!

I was overjoyed and did a few I-told-you-so's (and also shocked...it took me a couple of days to stop referring to my little girl as a he!). The first thing we did when we got settled back at home from the hospital was go out shopping for girl clothes! I was so excited because I've been wanting to buy pretty dresses and accessories for years when I was shopping for my son. I have found so much joy in dressing up my little girl in pretty outfits and headbands. I am treasuring this time because I know it won't be long before she won't let me dress her anymore!

While it's been easy to find gorgeous outfits, I've had difficulty finding the type of headbands I was looking for, so I started making them myself.
I have enjoyed designing and making them so much that I decided to create a small business out of it.

I hope to bring other parents the joy of dressing up their little girls just like I have, and to add a little sparkle to those special occasions, special photographs and also the everyday!
